- What you enter in our forms: name, phone number, email, suburb, the service you need, your message and an optional photo.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used to stop spam. We do not store the IP address itself.
- If you accept analytics cookies: anonymous usage data through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, quote and do the work you ask for.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
- With your consent, to understand which pages help visitors.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Our email provider and website host, which keeps our data in South Africa, process the information on our behalf. We share it with others only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted, unless we need them for an ongoing job or by law.
